Transaction Fees are based on the Unit Price of an ordered Item, irregardless of quantity ordered. If a customer orders a QtyPack which you have defined, that QtyPack Total Price becomes the Unit Price. For example, if the customer orders a 10-Pack, the total price of the 10-Pack becomes the Unit Price upon which the Transaction Fee is calculated. If the customer orders 10 '10-Packs', the Transaction Fee is still based upon the single 10-Pack price. In the case you use our Volume-Pricing Features -- the Transaction Fee is calculated upon the actual Single Unit Price, irregardless of the quantity ordered.
- Transaction Fees -- How To Pay
Transaction Fees are automatically paid by your Dealer Credits Balance. You may purchase Dealer Credits at any time and in any amount (from your Dealer Library). Customer Orders will be processed, even if your Dealer Credits Balance is insufficient to pay the Transaction Fees. You will not, however, be able to obtain the Proof or Production Files for an affected order, until your Credits Balance is brought current.
